Your Joinup shows up for people around you. Whoever’s in taps join — you see the count fill up as it happens.

Meeting people you don’t know yet only works when the people are real — and the tools are there the moment something’s wrong.
Phone-verified accounts
Every account is tied to a real phone number, verified by SMS code. Sign-in is that code — there’s no password for you to remember or reuse, and no anonymous drive-by accounts.
Face Check — coming at launch
Before JoinUp opens publicly, accounts will verify with a short video selfie confirming a live person is really there — not a photo or a recording. It is designed so JoinUp never sees or keeps the video: a verification provider processes it and deletes it.
Block and report, built in
Report or block anyone from their profile. Reports are confidential, and a person reviews every one — removing content and ejecting offenders when a report is substantiated.
