Delete your account
From inside the app
- Open the Profile tab.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Deleting your account cancels your Joinups, removes you from rosters, anonymizes your profile, and removes your invites, memberships, and device tokens. Your phone number is cleared from your account record. No email or phone call is needed for this in-app path — it is fully self-service.
Without the app
If you have uninstalled JoinUp, or no longer have access to it, you can still request deletion of your account and its data by email.

This mailbox is monitored by a person, and we answer every message.
Include the phone number on your account (or the last 4 digits) so we can find it.
Never send a one-time sign-in code or a password — we do not need either to delete your account.
